>> cut down on processed food. say no no and nooooOOO

>> breathe. deeply... fuuuhhh ~

>> stop eating when you feel full weiiii!


>> live a life with purpose.. :)

>> cut out sugary foods


>> cut out soda and caffeine

>> prepare your meals


>> avoid passive smoking! huhh.

>> have healthy snacks


>> hang out with healthy people
